A cadre of violent bank robbers is wreaking havoc in the midwestern states, amassing a small fortune and a large body count. Covered faces, jungle fatigues and foreign accents have everyone-from their victims to the government-thinking an Arab terror cell is to blame. But the appearance of the criminals is deceiving.
