Ruffen, our courageous and super-swimming sea serpent, is so tremendously happy! For he’s just found his sweetheart and is so head over heels in love that he hardly knows what to do: the Japanese dragon girl Hamayoko. Ruffen is so much in love that one evening he asks Hamayoko to marry him. And she says yes!
