In 2016 Nina Enger and Terje Eugen Holthe published "The Little Book on Human Design". It was a short introduction to the Human Design system, and it described how the energy flows in a human being as well as the interplay between people. This new book is both a restructuring and an enlargement of "The Little book on Human Design". The first part of the book is devoted to the Human Design system, and the different elements of the weave of the human nature are explained with words and charts. The second part of the book: Human Nature in the light of Taoism and Edda of the Norse, takes a look at the past. The five elements of the taoism, the foundation of Chinese medicine and way of thinking, is seen in relation to the Human Design system. Thereafter a chapter is devoted to Nordic past, and the connections between the Human Design chart and the Yggdrasill of the Norse are explored. Yggdrasill was the world-three in Scandinavian mythology. The third part of the book: The Path to Your Self, ties the Human Design system to the present. There is a chapter on C. G. Jung's understanding of the human archetypes and its relationship to Human Design. The final chapter points towards the timeless understanding of the human nature as described in "The Path" by Vigdis Garbarek.
